Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized first letters have meanings defined under these Terms and Conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company, We, Us, or Our refers to FINANCEVER.
• Country refers to Maharashtra, India.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
• Digital Product means any paid digital resource made available by FINANCEVER, including The 5-Minute Payday Autopilot System (Core Edition) and The Complete FINANCEVER Wealth Vault Bundle (Complete Vault Edition).
• Free Resource means any resource offered without payment, such as The Free 5-Minute Payday Autopilot Kit (available at /kit) and related email content.
• Service refers to the Website and all content, pages, free resources, guides, calculators, emails, digital products, recommendations, and related materials made available through FINANCEVER.
• Terms and Conditions, also referred to as Terms, means these Terms and Conditions which govern Your use of the Service.
• Third-Party Service means any third-party website, platform, tool, checkout provider, social platform, software, or service that may be linked to, embedded in, recommended through, or otherwise made accessible from the Service.
• Website refers to FINANCEVER, accessible at https://financever.com.
• You or Your means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern Your access to and use of the Service and form the agreement between You and FINANCEVER regarding the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, You should not access or use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

Section 03

Nature of the Service

FINANCEVER provides behavioral financial education, practical wealth frameworks, and interactive calculators, together with free resources and paid digital products.

The Service may include:

• articles, guides, and behavioral financial education content
• practical wealth frameworks and interactive calculators, simulators, and trackers
• our Free Resource, The Free 5-Minute Payday Autopilot Kit (available at /kit), requested through an email opt-in form
• email communications, including delivery of a requested resource, follow-up content, and promotional content
• digital products such as The 5-Minute Payday Autopilot System (Core Edition) and The Complete FINANCEVER Wealth Vault Bundle (Complete Vault Edition), together with the pages that describe them
• links to third-party checkout pages used to complete purchases
• recommendations, references, or links relating to third-party tools and services
• analytics, advertising, and conversion tracking technologies used to measure website activity and improve the Service

FINANCEVER does not guarantee that any resource, product, framework, calculator, recommendation, or strategy will produce any specific result, income, saving, debt reduction, net-worth outcome, or other financial outcome.

Section 04

Eligibility

You represent that You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Section 05

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Service, including but not limited to text, branding, layouts, graphics, designs, logos, written materials, templates, spreadsheets, calculators, web apps, downloads, and original compilations, is owned by or licensed to FINANCEVER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Service for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use only, unless We expressly state otherwise. Paid digital products are licensed separately under Section 7.

You may not, without Our prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service
• modify or create derivative works from Our original content for commercial use
• use Our branding, logos, or materials in a misleading way
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Service
• remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Section 06

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair the Service
• to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service, servers, systems, or accounts
• to introduce malicious code, malware, bots, or harmful material
• to misuse forms, email systems, or support channels
• to engage in deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior through or in connection with the Service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if We believe You are using the Service in violation of these Terms.

Section 07

Digital Products and License

FINANCEVER's Digital Products are supplied as downloadable files in .pdf, .xlsx, and .html formats. They are available in two editions, each sold as a one-time purchase. When You purchase an edition, We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those files for personal or household, non-commercial use, within the scope described below. Ownership of the files and their underlying intellectual property remains with FINANCEVER.

Core Edition — $19 one-time

The 5-Minute Payday Autopilot System includes the four Core Assets:

• 01 — Master Manual (PDF)
• 02 — 12-Month Net-Worth & 4-Bucket Command Center (XLSX)
• 03 — Debt-Kill & Freedom-Date Simulator (XLSX)

The Core Edition is licensed for personal or household, non-commercial use.

Complete Vault Edition — $29 one-time

The Complete FINANCEVER Wealth Vault Bundle includes all four Core Assets (#01–#04) listed above, plus the four VIP Assets:

• 06 — Couple, Family & Next-Gen Money OS (PDF)

The Complete Vault Edition is licensed for personal or household, non-commercial use.

The two editions differ in the files they include, not in the scope of the license. Both editions are licensed for personal or household, non-commercial use only. You may complete and customize the spreadsheets and web apps with Your own information for Your own finances and those of Your household.

Restrictions that apply to both editions

Neither edition permits You to:

• resell the unencrypted .pdf, .xlsx, or .html files
• redistribute or share the unencrypted .pdf, .xlsx, or .html files with anyone outside Your household, including through file-sharing services, public or shared drives, marketplaces, or online communities
• repackage the files, in whole or in part, as a product, course, template pack, membership, or bundle
• publish the unencrypted .pdf, .xlsx, or .html files, in whole or in substantial part, publicly or behind any access barrier
• use the files commercially, including to provide paid services to other people
• remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the files

Section 08

Digital Products and External Checkout

FINANCEVER may promote or provide access to digital products, guides, and bundled resources.

Purchases may be processed through an external checkout provider, such as Lemon Squeezy or another third-party merchant-of-record, payment, or delivery platform.

FINANCEVER does not directly collect or store payment card information on the Website itself when payments are processed through an external checkout page.

When You make a purchase through a Third-Party Service or external checkout provider, that transaction is governed by that provider's terms, privacy practices, delivery systems, billing systems, and refund handling processes where applicable.

Section 09

Refunds and Purchase Terms

Refund eligibility and other purchase terms are governed by the applicable sales page, checkout terms, and FINANCEVER Refund Policy in effect for the purchase. Review those terms before completing a purchase. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Purchase-related terms may therefore be subject to:

• the specific sales page or checkout page terms in effect at the time of purchase
• the applicable Refund Policy
• the policies of the checkout provider used for that purchase

Section 10

Third-Party Services, Tracking Tools, and External Links

The Service may contain links to Third-Party Services that are not owned or controlled by FINANCEVER.

These may include, without limitation:

• software tools
• social media platforms
• email service providers
• checkout and digital delivery providers
• analytics, advertising, and tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• embedded or linked external services

We may use tracking tools, tags, pixels, cookies, or similar technologies to measure website activity, conversions, outbound clicks, advertising performance, and user interactions with the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain this in more detail.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, availability, performance, or policies of any Third-Party Service.

Your use of any Third-Party Service is at Your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

Affiliate Links and Disclosure

Some links on the Service or in Our communications may be affiliate links. This means We may earn a commission if You click a link and make a purchase, at no extra cost to You. Please see Our Affiliate Disclosure for Our current affiliate status and disclosure policy.

Any recommendation, review, mention, ranking, or reference to a tool, service, or platform reflects Our opinion or editorial judgment at the time it is published. Third-party products and services can change over time, and We do not guarantee continued availability, pricing, features, or suitability.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a third-party product or service is right for You before making a purchase.

No Financial, Professional, or Earnings Advice

The Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Service, including the Free 5-Minute Payday Autopilot Kit, the Digital Products, and any calculators, simulators, or trackers, should be interpreted as:

No Guarantees

We make no promise or guarantee that:

• the Service will meet Your expectations
• any resource, template, framework, or calculator will fit Your needs
• any recommendation will remain available or unchanged
• You will achieve any specific outcome from using the Service
• any errors or interruptions will never occur

Your results depend on many factors outside Our control, including Your own decisions, income, expenses, skill level, effort, implementation, market conditions, and the conduct of third-party platforms or providers.

Section 14

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FINANCEVER and its owners, operators, licensors, affiliates, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• reliance on any content, resource, template, calculator, simulator, recommendation, or third-party link
• financial decisions You make based on the Service
• purchases or transactions made through third-party services
• service interruptions, delays, bugs, or errors
• unauthorized access to or alteration of data
• actions or omissions of any third party

To the fullest extent permitted by law, if liability is found, Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You directly to FINANCEVER for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if no such direct payment was made.

Section 15

“As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, including without limitation:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• accuracy
• reliability
• availability
• uninterrupted operation
• error-free performance

We do not warrant that the Service, its servers, emails, downloads, linked resources, or content will be free of viruses, malware, harmful code, or other harmful components.

Section 16

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if We believe You have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized manner.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately, including any license granted under Section 7.

Section 17

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect, use, and protect personal information.

Our Privacy Policy also explains how cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, conversion tracking, email service providers, checkout providers, and other third-party platforms may be used in connection with the Service.

Section 18

Governing Law

These Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Section 19

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern, complaint, or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first contact Us and attempt to resolve the matter informally by emailing support@financever.com.

Section 20

International Use

The Service may be accessed from different countries. We make no representation that the Service or its content is appropriate or available in every location.

If You access the Service from outside India, You do so on Your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.

Section 21

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect its intended purpose, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Section 22

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at Our sole discretion.

When We update these Terms, We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, You agree to the revised Terms.
